Please, share if you have any feedback or feature request

I get a javascript error each time I open the application.

Also, there's an error with the app icon.

I would love to have an option to view and add tasks from the Menu Bar

An option to keep taskr on top would be nice for v2

+1 for @3raxton

Thanks! I'll compile everything and work on a new design with these features

This request might be a long shot, but if there was the ability to get a notification about a task that hasn't been completed that would be beneficial

My thoughts about Taskr is that I have hard time organizing work stuff, personal stuff and OSS projects that I'm working.

So for me would be cool to have a task management that can do that for me. I've tried a bunch of apps, but none of them really worked for me. It's always missing something.

So I would like to build a simple task manager and if I want I can add integrations to customize the way I want.

A couple integrations that I have in mind:

  • Github: connects with github issues/prs
  • Projects: be able to organize tasks in projects (default version might be just a todo list?)
  • Slack: webhooks events
  • Tracking: Some tracking features โ€” not sure yet, but I believe there's a bunch we can add

What do you guys think? Is that something interest?

Yup. Sounds.
Later other apps can be integrated if needed

I think this could be beneficial to users of Taskr but not specifically myself. One of the reasons I use Taskr is because it is sleek and integrates well with my day to day workflow. I personally have problems remembering things that I need to do and having it on Taskr helps me remember them.

I would love to have a simple reminder from the app to check back in after a certain amount of time because it would help me stay on top of things. I realize this is an edge case but it still could be helpful.

an option to remove the dock icon. I'm currently using Todolicious with no dock icon, press Ctrl+M to show the window, again to hide, Ctrl+N for a new task, etc.

Cool guys! I appreciate all the feedback and suggestion. Unfortunately, I'm not going to work on Taskr anymore until I find a reason of why do people use Taskr over other thousand To-do apps. I struggled to find a good answer for that
