Cannot verify the Schaff Trend Cycle indicator

I cannot get the correct values of the indicator in the subject based when matching it with Yahoo or TradingView. Is there any open issue with this indicator?

I think you are correct, it is different to the finta implementation aswell despite using similar settings.
