List format is not documented

As I was reading the Mobiledoc description, I noticed there was no explanation on how lists would work. Playing with the demo, I see lists produce a section with sectionTypeIdentifier = 3. Its format is fairly simple to understand, so it’s no huge tragedy, but it certainly would be nice for the document to be complete.
