Describe the bug
Color for "Bright Cyan" is not configurable in interface.

To Reproduce
Click gear icon.
Scroll down.
Color for "Bright Cyan" is not present.

Expected behavior
Color for "Bright Cyan" should be present present.

@butlerx any thoughts on this missing setting - will it be difficult to fix?

I've hacked the files and corrected this for myself. If anyone is interested in this getting implemented, respond here.
