• seller ist unfreundlich?
• ist seller seriös?
• ist das Produkt noch vorhanden?
• in welchem zustand ist das Produkt?
• ich will nicht lange auf eine antwort warten muessen
• ich will moeglichst wenig kontakt zum verkauefer haben, mein kauf soll schnell und unkompliziert sein

Seller

• to lazy to login and tag product as sold or just forgets about it -> buyer weiß nicht ob noch vorhanden / buyer evtl. pissed off

Both:

• nach online kauf verabredet - person kommt nicht

• person antwortet nicht oder erst nach langer zeit
