Need to move over the PDF and Word file if it exists

This has been created, but I don't really like it. Convert this to a docs folder that stores everything in the main repo.

This has been completed with the last commit. Removed the wiki submodule and changed over to a docs folder with .md files. This seems to be a cleaner way to keep the docs with the code and version them together.
