TF Enterprise provides cost estimations, where TF plans look like:

There are free solutions, like infracost.io (usable via an action), that can also provide cost estimation.

The new AWS console landing page surfaces cost data in a way that our developers might actually see it. As a result, I think we have less of a need for these estimates. (They'd definitely still be useful for Δs, though.)
