scapp.exe doesn't connect to inspector

Quite simple I believe. Running scapp.exe and pressing CTRL + SHIFT + I when the inspector is running, doesn't connect to it.

Running scapp.exe from the command line doesn't print the output of console.log, which is why inspector would be helpful.

Did you start it with --debug flag?
