Windows ProcessHandling - Kill command issue

I tried to start notepad locally using given moc_core*.py scripts. Start and Exit works fine.
Kill command is not working. Any command given after Kill seems not working.

And sometimes it works but kills with error message as follows.
Error occurred: QProcess::ProcessError(Crashed) Sending message: "{\n \"payload\": {\n \"identifier\": \"12345\",\n \"status\": \"CrashExit\"\n },\n \"type\": \"TrayProcessStatus\"\n}\n"
