NTP Client Syncing Not Occurring On Reboot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ntpclient
2. Confirm Time Has Been Synced
3. Reboot Router
What is the expected output?
It should be synced to current time and date as it was before reboot.
What do you see instead?
The time is reset to:
Date: 1999-12-31
Time: 18:02:38
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
OpenWrt Kamikaze - r14677
Webif² - r4713
Device - ASUS WL-500g Premium V2
Browser - Firefox 3.1b3pre (nightly)
OS - Xubuntu Jaunty 9.04 x64 (nightly)

I also notice that under the Services tab the ntpclient package is not listed
even
though it is installed. That could be why the syncing is not occurring after
reboot.

That is because ntpclient is run when using hotplug. I see this issue also and
will
work on a fix.
