node-sass is deprecated. Let's switch to dart sass.
We also need to update Bulma, since dart sass will complain about deprecated division syntax in Bulma code.
@nuxtjs/bulma is deprecated though, so we also need to switch to a different way of including Bulma. See https://www.npmjs.com/package/@nuxtjs/bulma
