[Charpad] Flip screen support for map exporter.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Should work for bitmap and text modes.
  2. Should work for tiles and no tiles modes.
  3. Should support map packing (omit empty screens),
  4. Blank tile no / char no should be configurable (default: 0)
  5. Optional export (produce) of screen adjacement table.
