This looks like a real gem. Never been too happy with the online config tool as it relies on JSON to handle updates to the config, so its a good start but not something that fits my workflow (editing config in notepad++). An alternative is https://www.npmjs.com/package/marlin-conf which is nice too, but not as helpful as your tool.
Anyway, I tried installing 0.23.6332.21935 (Windows 7 and 8.1 x64) and get
