Preface:
apt-ng-cacher needs to support proxy.
Description:
Need to set Proxy variable in acng.conf in ansible_p/setup/setup_proxy_server.yaml if the nodes are behind a proxy. Also the the http_proxy variable need to pass to the function which plays this ansible playbook.
