10web Booster (cache provider tool) - Styles are not adopted

skyfly24 opened this issue · 5 comments

Hello, my dears,
I have a problem. When using 10web Booster, the styling is completely ignored. No matter how I use it. Not in the customizer and not in the style.css of the theme. I have also placed the themes in the theme folder as described.
Do you have an idea how I can fix the problem?

I use the Cardview Compact theme

Thanks very much

Hi @skyfly24,

Just checked your website and it looks fine to me though?

Anyways, the 10Web Booster plugin requires creating an account on 10Web's website so I can get past the initial setup screen which I'm not going to do.

Since I can't test the plugin, please make sure that 10Web's plugin doesn't minify/concatenate/bundle inline JavaScript code nor inline CSS code or else things might break as seen on your screenshot (see Is WordPress Popular Posts compatible with plugins that minify/bundle JavaScript code? and the last paragraph under Wiki > Styling the List > Themes.)

:-) the problem is still on my staging site. I'm currently testing 10web Booster on the to use later.
The sample page is:

The problem is that I can't set anything in the 10web plugin from https://my.10web.io.

Unfortunately I'm not near my computer right now -and won't be possibly until tomorrow morning- so I can't check your staging site.

Please (and as I already suggested above) check that the 10Web plugin isn't messing with inline CSS style tags.

Thank you first of all. I'll check that tomorrow or the day after.
Have a great evening.

Short feedback. 10web handles inline code. I was able to deactivate it somewhat hidden. After that everything worked.
Thank you for your patience
