Admin: Make the Cog icon more prominent

The Cog icon opens a modal box that allows the user to set the post type(s) to list on the Stats screen.
To improve its visibility -as some people seem to miss it somehow- it might be a good idea to increase its size a bit. 25px x 25px seems like a good spot.
