[Feature Request] Herbs & Brewing System

Would it be possible to implement a system whereby the herbs from the mod can be used in the brewing system to change the outcome of the brewing process?

Whilst I enjoy brewing with the mod (which is very accessible by the way) maybe there could be additions to make it more predictable?

For example: adding certain herbs could shorten the brewing process but make the outcome only between 0.5 to 0.7, whereas other herbs could lengthen the brewing process but make the quality higher, between 0.7 to 0.9.

To balance this idea out (if it is considered over powered) drinking the most potent brew uses experience whilst the buff exists; the extra alchemy mod does this with its resistance rings, fire protection negates fire damage to the player but uses experience at a constant rate whilst wearing it for balance.

This is one of my favourite mods so thank you for sharing it.
