Case team group removal can lead to null pointer exceptions

In case the team is updated to remove a group, and directly thereafter a group member accesses the case (without the query db having been updated) then the group member goes into the case with out-of-date information of the query db. This may lead to null pointer exceptions inside the case team authorization checks
