Steps to reproduce

1. visit https://designsystem.webstandards.ca.gov/components/site-header/readme
2. Scroll down page to "Demo and sample markup"
3. Click on Department of Cannabis control" logo in development demo box

Expected result

I expected to stay on the sit header component page when clicking on the logo in the "Demo and sample markup" preview box.

Actual result

Clicking on cannabis logo in dev demo took me out of the site header component page and to the design system website homepage.
