Player does not lose the extra skill when logs out

Describe the bug
The extra skill is increasing every time player logs out and in.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Equip a club ring
- The skill will increase by 4. Ex: Skill 60 will raise to 64
- Log out the player without removing the ring
- Log in again
- The skill will raise to 68.
Expected behavior
When player logs out the extra skill should not remain when the player logs in later
