Use Cake.Recipe

This repo currently has its own build script. It would help for contributors if it would also use Cake.Recipe like most of the other repositories in the cake-contrib organization.

For example it is unclear to which target branch a PR should be created, as every build on master tries to publish the packages to nuget.org (and fails if version is not increased).
