Build against Cake 0.22.0

Cake 0.22.0 introduced breaking changes. To support Cake versions >= 0.22.0 this addin should be built against Cake 0.22.0

Version 1.0 has been pushed and targets Cake 0.22. You mind pulling it down and kicking the tires?

@enkafan Sure will do, just waiting on one last addin to support Cake 0.22.0 and then I can try to upgrade our build scripts.

I'm using Cake.Figlet 1.0 since a while successfully with Cake 0.23.0. This can therefore be closed
