Method to run tests on google cloud

Currently, one aspect of the pipeline is that it uses google's metadata servers to authenticate if running on the cloud. In order to test that this is working, we need to run our tests on the cloud. This is likely not urgent, but will generally guaranteeing that changes will work on prod, and not just our docker airflow setup, much nicer.
