Prioritizing projects for Account Manager Program

Priortize what AM projects we want to complete by 2024. This could be:

  • Finalize Customer Journey pipeline
  • update SOP for account manager onboarding

We should create some milestones for the rest of the year and add items we want to complete before 2025. A milestone could be all SOPs a github issue would be XX AM SOP

Other projects to think about:

  1. Strategy for following up with agencies on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis
  2. Templates for follow up emails
  3. Strategy for moving agencies through the customer journey pipeline
  4. update tiers resourcing list to accurately depict AM work
