Add `aggregation_id` to `fct_payments_rides_v2`

As Rebel team members supporting transit agency customers, we want to be able to join fct_payments_rides_v2 with settlement and aggregation data to connect ride activity with the associated transaction processing steps.
Acceptance criteria: Add aggregation_id to fct_payments_rides_v2.
