User story / feature request
As a data analyst,
I want to use a single column encapsulating year and month,
So that it is possible to quickly sort ridership stats over time
Acceptance Criteria
A new date-enabled column gets created in dim_monthly_ntd_ridership_with_adjustments describing the date of the ridership datapoint.
