NTD Monthly Ridership Table Improvements: summarized preprocessed ridership annual ridership data

User story / feature request

As a data analyst,
I would like to not have to filter through or summarize various parts of the NTD annual service (specifically active/inactive or the various fixed-route/demand-response modes) and instead have two options for "total active fixed-route ...." and "total active demand-response ..." columns,
So that I can write queries more easily

Acceptance Criteria

Various filtered and summarized columns are made available to query from, possible in a new table.
