List published data on homepage

We want to be able to show how much work we are doing to create and publish data... having a page with all data sets listed would be helpful internally for me, but also would be useful for sharing externally as a way of publicizing all our efforts. Automatic would be great, but an easy manual process would be fine too for the time being
We are going to be contacting more agencies soon about creating flex data for them and I would really like to be able to include a link so they can see how we are publishing data.
For now we can just edit the HTML by hand to list each file.
