Timestamp Metadata

I just downloaded my memories since 2017, but only all videos and some pictures from 2017 have metadata indicating the timestamp. I think it should be possible to include it into the files because this information is in the memories_history.json and is used for the filenames.
Sadly it is not easily possible to do this afterwards because the files are renamed.
