Is your proposal related to a problem?
The contribution page does not mention a critical step to setup the project locally i.e. for running the database migration. It took some time for me to analyze and setup the database migration
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to modify the CONTRIBUTING.md file in order to add these details so that a new person can easily setup the project locally.
