Dosu bot to be available outside of issues for the contributors.

The Dosu bot available on the issues of Cal.com is powerful. It can help the contributors find the correct code in the project when they are trying to contribute to the project. However, it is not available outside of issues. I would like it to be available on a separate page or something or maybe in docs.
