Add realist motor/rocket/sim configuration

We should be able to closely match OpenRocket simulations of our rockets. We should have motor config files for any motors we might use and rocket config files for our existing and planned rockets.

Added a realistic motor (Aerotech j800t), which is super easy (just google the motor curve and format it for JSON). Rockets are harder because drag and weight is an issue (motors change weight which isn't implemented yet).
