Make gmock_doctor compatible with the compiler messages from clang

Vlad, could you update this issue with the name of the disease that
gmock_doctor cannot diagnose when using Clang? Thanks.

All diseases except the TTB (type in the templated base) disease are now
diagnosed. TTB is left undiagnosed due to poor/insufficient diagnostics from
Clang. I am still waiting on the Clang people to provide me with the bug # so
updates can be tracked here.

I'm fine with gmock_doctor not diagnosing TTB with Clang. I think the raw
error messages generated by Clang are already fine, if not great, and there are
far more important things to spend our time on than this issue. Given that TTB
is the only missing piece, I'd like to close the issue for now. We can always
re-open it *if* there are actual user requests. Thanks.
