Odysee & Nicovideo Livestreams Don't Work

The current parsers for Odysee and Niconico do not check for livestreams and will only add pre-recorded videos.
Odysee error: Internal error: could not determine media duration
Niconico error: Could not detect a supported audio/video type.

I'll look into it when I get some time, but this is not a priority for me. VODs are all I ever set out to support on these.
