Uncomment some targets in CI when making the repository public

MacOS host consumes minutes at 10 times the rate on Linux runners consume, so we decided to disable it while the repository is private.

I removed beta/nightly build from CI temporarily.

I decided to exclude beta/nightly permanently to keep the dev process simple, done in #30.
