Feedback after each question

Concerto Platform Version v5.1.0

Hello,

I am new to Github, so I hope I'm doing this right. I am using Concerto for adaptive tests and would like to implement a feedback option after every question. It can be quite simple, so maybe only marking the wrong answers as wrong and the right answers as right (so the user has to see for themself if they've chosen the right one). Is that possible? I didn't find anything in the wiki or the existing Issues / Questions, so I hope someone can help me.
