Refactor process instance e2e test

On this ticket the following items were done:

  • Moved the processInstance tests to process-definition.spec since the tests on this file are for the pagination on both Process Definition History View and Process Definition Runtime View, so removed this files, restructure the tests to test each tab individually.

  • made a quick update on the clickNameValueOnDashboard method.
