The `updates` command really isn't useful

The existing updates command isn't very useful. What would be great is something that showed any PRs that have updates and include some meta information about what those updates are. Maybe a count of comments or number of approvals.
Another helpful piece would be to add some flags to allow for showing PRs without updates, in case the user needs to see information about those.
