Inconsistent display of the Resources tab

Hi,
I just noticed that the "Resources" tab on Charmhub only appears if the charm has uploaded resources, but does not appear when 1) there are resources that are not uploaded to Charmhub and 2) there are no resources at all.
This is not consistent with the other tabs (Docs, Libraries, etc): they always appear in there, regardless of having content or not.
I'd like to request the Resources tab to always appear in there, just like the others.

You are totally right, we should display the 'Resources' tab even if there are no resources uploaded to that charm. Not only for consistency with what we do on other tabs (Docs and Libraries, as you correctly mentioned), but also to encourage developers to upload them.
I suggest adding the 'empty state', similar to what we do on Libraries (example), but we will have a better look into this asap.

But I think I found a case where the new resources page is erroring out: https://charmhub.io/slurmd?channel=edge this goes directly to a 404 page.
