Tabs not retaining url param

This came up documentation/web team. There is another issue for it here: https://warthogs.atlassian.net/browse/WD-4422

The issue

Go to https://charmhub.io/mlflow-server/resources/oci-image?channel=edge or https://charmhub.io/kubeflow?channel=edge
Click between tabs in the page and see that the url params 'channel=edge' is not retained (it seems to be occurring when clicking the 'resources' and 'libraries' tabs in the first link and both tabs on the second link)

Expected behaviour

The url params are retained
