Visualize deprecated charms on CharmHub.io (as charms cannot be removed)

Hi,

The charms library is growing and requires cleanup time-to-time: example.

At the moment we are not removing already published charms (for a good reasoning).
We are just:

• unstinting
• unpublishing
• closing all tracks (it might bite us in the future).

However there is no UI indication to inform new users avoid charm installation (and forward them to the proper charm for great UX).
The manual workarounds are to use horrible labeling:

It is a ticket to improve UI/UX by adding a flag(s) to CharmHub.io: "charm is deleted/deprecated" to indicate this fact in a common way for all charms.
