Impossible to open track `latest/stable` for charm `postgresql` (WEB jumps to the default track `14/stable`)

Hi,
STR: open the PostgreSQL charm and switch channel to latest/stable.
Actual result: charmhub web automatically jumps to 14/stable (default track).
Expected results: the content / documentation must be displayed for latest/stable (legacy charm).
