Add "init --dump" feature

Similar to LXD's feature, since microcloud can accept a yaml-formatted preseed file, it would be nice to be able to run microcloud init --dump to have it provide a preseed-ready yaml output from something configured by hand!

Like LXD, a question asking if the user wants to dump the yaml at the end of the interactive install would be a great addition.
