Microk8s 1.20.10 stopped running

Microk8s is no longer running even though initially worked perfectly, for about 2-2.5 months.
Process
I'm working on Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS machine where I installed microk8s 1.20.10 following the steps from this link: https://microk8s.io/docs and then enabled kubeflow(v1.2) addon.
Until now I was facing this issue: canonical/microk8s#2571 and yesterday all of a sudden microk8s stopped running. All my pods are in Unknown state. I attached the inspection report below. Do you have any idea why is this happening or what can I do to get microk8s running again without losing everything I installed?

I can see the datastore taking too long to respond. Do you have any disk I/O heavy workload running right now?
@ktsakalozos no, I only have microk8s.
@ktsakalozos I would really appreciate if you could help me solve this issue as soon as possible. I've tried to start microk8s but without success, removing microk8s will result in the loss of everything I installed so it is not a solution. Please help! 🙏
