Updated nvidia-384 for Bionic

Hi,

This is a long shot, but both nvidia-390 and nvidia-396 are super unstable on my system.

If someone were able to build a copy of nvidia-384 that can be installed on Bionic I would greatly appreciate it (neither the Artful packages, nor the now removed Bionic dev versions work). I am happy to put some beer money towards this if it helps.
