snap "pi" is not installed

Opened this issue · 1 comments

I try to connect the pi-fancontrol to the gpio.pin 14 as described in https://snapcraft.io/install/pi-fancontrol/opensuse
# snap connect pi-fancontrol:gpio pi:bcm-gpio-14
error: snap "pi" is not installed

The gpio interface does not show any slot. Thus bcm-gpio-14 is missing.
# snap interface gpio
name: gpio
summary: allows access to specific GPIO pin
plugs:
- pi-fancontrol
- raspberry-pi-node-gpio

How can "pi" be installed and the slots be configured?
All other commands work fine except the one above.

It's the same on Ubuntu 23.10.
