can't create forum account or reset password

Expected behaviour

That I can create an account on forum.snapcraft.io

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to https://forum.snapcraft.io/
2. Click on "Sign Up"
3. Enter info
4. Wait for confirmation e-mail
5. Wait some more
6. Wait some more
7. Go do something productive with my valuable time
8. Decide to try logging in again because I am still angry that I can't report a bug in a particular snap
9. Try to resend confirmation email
10. NO EMAIL FOR YOU!!!!
