Problems with payment after updating with Kusama to v1.0.0

  1. Indicates that "The following unclaimed payouts where found:", but at the same time does not pay it.
  2. After all the rewards have been paid out by hand. After running the script, it still displays "2023-07-24 12:30:08 [payouts] info: The following unclaimed payouts where found: ... ".

This issue should be fixed with the latest version
