Only tracks to a certain date

The program will run until it hits September 21, 2021 for me, then state that there is no more history, when I know I have many more inventory actions. Is it possible that the program is being rate limited? Sept 21, 2021 is when I did a lot of trading so I'm guessing that it's getting rate limited or something.

Steam sometimes just dosent return valid data where to find the next data. There is nothing i can do.
