Create configuration parameters for defining models for motion controllers.

The motion controllers are currently just cubes with a solid, flat color unique to each of them. There should be an option to use an arbitrary model for the motion controller. There should also be an option to change the model for individual controllers, to be able to support using the Vive controllers as foot controllers.
